Why does the subdomain on cloudflare change its name?

Hey!
I add a subdomain to cloudflare - en.site.eu, in the record why only the word En remains without a domain. If .eu is changed to .ru then everything is ok. Why is that?

Because only the subdomain name is entered into the record. The Cloudflare script automatically fixes your mistakes when editing.
