As a beginner freelancer, you need to worry about getting back on your feet to develop a portfolio and clientele to gain a foothold in the field. That's when it all happens, that's when you think about taxes.

before any
violation there is a violation regardless of the amount.
that is, if you don’t burn with pennies, then you won’t burn with large amounts

You have to pay taxes on profit or turnover. Regardless of the amount. So you will be breaking the law anyway. I personally see no reason to violate it, especially if the amounts are small. Peaceful sleep and the absence of hemorrhoids - how much are you willing to pay for it. Yes, and there are customers who will be more pleased with cashless payments than paying you on a card.

From my experience and the experience of my friends I can say that up to 500,000 rubles. you may be interested, only for preventive and indicative purposes, tk. something serious can be imputed only after this amount. However, this amount must be received quarterly, not monthly.
Why are they not interested in small amounts? It is quite difficult to prove illegal entrepreneurial activity, in small amounts, especially if they are spread over different accounts or receive cash.
In small towns, they may be interested for the sake of seniority.

Up to 1kk rub./month - don't worry at all if you don't need it for something.
To all commentators from the series "Oh, they will give you a lie, or they will give you conditionally for the first time" or "it's better to give 6% and sleep peacefully" I suggest not to look for problems in your head. If there is a specific case - throw the link.
The Russian tax authorities cannot properly catch legal entities with yard turnover. Freelancers are not interested in anyone yet.
Another point - with high turnover, the bank may request documents on the accounts / cards of an individual. Or just block without explanation. Here are a lot of such cases. Even if you are an individual entrepreneur and pay taxes. Bankers can declare you a cashier and refer to 115-FZ "On counteracting legalization ...".
I advise those who like to "pay taxes and sleep well" to read here (there are a lot of such reviews, this is not an isolated case): www.banki.ru/services/responses/bank/response/8991911 and here: www.banki.ru/services/responses /bank/response/8381...
Specifically, in this bank - down and out paranoid) In others, a little better.
Therefore, it is better to split payments into different banks and involve relatives. Well, this is useful in any activity - not all eggs in one basket.
