Task Scheduler (time management) for Windows (with google sync)?

Good day!
Is there a task scheduling program for windows with google tasks synchronization? To be similar to the program for android "Tasks". The main thing is to be in sync.

It was important for me that my scheduler was synchronized on different devices and was a separate program, not a Google service. I live in China, Google is blocked here. I chose todoist (com) for myself.
