Targetcli, why does Lun disappear after server restart?

In general, I set up network storage, I create disks of virtual machines there, but after rebooting the storage server, Lun disappears in the targetcli settings, and many lvm partitions appear, as I understand they were nested in one main one.
So the problem is that it’s not possible to connect the same partition again due to device already in use errors (some games with pv, vg, lv deactivation help to reconnect the lvm partition, but in general it’s still not entirely clear what’s going on)
Who Can someone tell me why this can happen, how to deal with it?
OS: Centos 7

@mishch

In the lvm.conf file, prescribe not to motivate the volume at boot. I just don't remember where or how. Somewhere in the filters section I myself am
now trying to remember where and what to add. If found, please write how to solve the problem
