Systems for maintaining technical documentation?

Good afternoon.
Are there free / open source systems for maintaining technical documentation (for API and other code / subtleties of the system)? Of the main requirements, only user authorization and generation of documentation from code in different languages (at least Java, Scala, Golang). It will be a big plus if the design is not completely eye-catching, because. chronic humanitarians will have to use it :)
I tried doxygen, but for obvious reasons it does not know how to authorize. It would be possible to use MediaWiki, but the generated documentation cannot be automatically poured into it.

And why not password-protect access to documentation using nginx or apache?

You initially approach the issue incorrectly, because. purpose is not entirely clear. You have a (small) list of requirements, but no goals.
Then let's start from here: What is the best way to make company documentation? and gradually build a picture in my head.
