System freeze for 5 seconds when switching any windows on OSX 10.10. Has anyone come across?

The situation is as follows:
At some point, after the second update for version 10.10, the system began to freeze for 5 or more seconds when switching windows. Windows of both another application and the current one. For example, the effect is visible in the Numbers program when you try to enter a formula.
I would write everything off as a beta version, but my friend has an older laptop, but there is no such problem.
The most interesting thing is that if you do not switch between windows, everything works very quickly.
What I tried:
- Disable swap
- Scan the system for viruses
- Disable Spotlight indexing for heavy folders
- Disable various programs from startup
- Disk decryption / Disable FileVault
- Disk cleanup
Laptop itself: MacBook Pro 2013 (15 Retina)

I have a MacBook Pro Retina, I didn’t notice such things, but the motherboard has already been replaced, there was a problem with a discrete video card.
And freezes usually occur only if the application ended unsuccessfully, and an error window popped up, nothing can be done with it for several seconds ... (statistics about the incident are slowly collected).
In your case, I suggest contacting a service center, there may be problems with the SSD.
