there are AD0.DOMAIN.ORG and AD1.OFFICE.DOMAIN.ORG - you need to make sure that AD0.DOMAIN.ORG contains accounts from AD1.OFFICE.DOMAIN. ORG in a separate division.

Conditions: records are added to AD0.DOMAIN.ORG from AD1.OFFICE.DOMAIN.ORG, but they are not deleted or changed from AD0.DOMAIN.ORG. Only through changes to AD1.OFFICE.DOMAIN.ORG.

One of the basics is don't remove anything from hell, what if HR wants to put it all back? I would advise you to set up trust between forests
