May I say that you are a dinosaur? The last time I opened Denver with a dreamviewer was 6-7 years ago ... Now I work in a docker + phpStorm bundle and I advise you to look there as well.
To the question of how to synchronize: install Open SSH on your server and synchronize via sFTP. For phpStorm, this feature is configured out of the box in 1 minute.
