Synchronization of tasks and their execution?

Hi hubr!
The situation is this:
Two people, one customer, another performer.
How the process is organized now - the customer creates a file with a list of tasks (a list with addresses of streets, houses and apartments that need to be bypassed). Send to the performer. The contractor goes around the apartments and in this file puts a tick or comments in front of each address. At the same time, during the time that the performer goes to the addresses, additional ones may be added to the customer's file.
And when it is necessary to synchronize files from the customer and the contractor, the tedious check begins on what has been done and what has not yet been done.
I would like some space (on the Internet, of course), so that the customer adds addresses there, and the performer in the same place puts down the execution or comments at these addresses.
Google documents are not suitable. the performer has access rights to change, and he, by virtue of his crooked hands, can safely delete everything from the file and not even understand that something has happened.
In other words, it is necessary that the customer creates tasks, and the performer puts ticks in a separate column (such as completed) or writes a comment if there are any problems during execution, but could not edit other columns and rows
. There are also devices on iOS, if someone then knows suitable applications for this.
PS With bulky applications, the performer is unlikely to figure it out - you need a minimum of functionality

instead of one Google dock, use 2. One is available for editing only to the customer, the tasks are numbered. In another, the performer numbers the answers/comments according to the tasks.

Trello.com
Make some boards. For example "Bypass" and "Already bypassed".
Each address is a separate card.
Inside the card, you can add comments.
There are applications for smartphones - you can work "in the fields."

Google doc (text) was used for a similar purpose. Discussed many edits on the site.
(1) The customer added new items to the beginning of the file.
(2) The performer marked the done in green.
(3) The customer checked the green ones and moved them from the bottom of the document / crossed out / deleted (depending on the need to save history). If I saw shortcomings, I marked them with a different color and added comments.
The approach allows:
(1) to enter any information (links, pictures, text) into the paragraphs;
(2) edit the file in parallel;
(3) see the history of changes with dates and times.
