Synchronization of MS Outlook of several workplaces among themselves
There are several working machines in the office, all have MS Outlook installed and everyone works in it (mail, contacts, calendar). it is necessary to make it so that when a contact is added on one machine, it will be added on another, when a task is added on one, it will appear on the other, etc... Advise a software solution, please. The server is not currently available, but if desired, we can build it.

If you do not need to share, then outlook_social_connector is a good fit. Once used a sim to integrate home and work Outlook.
The point is that mail, calendar and contacts are maintained on hotmail.com, and are fully integrated into Outlook through this connector. It seems that in the 2010 office they seriously finished it.
In general, this may be an option, it all depends on the tasks ...
Correctly said, the best option for Outlook is its native Exchange server. Of course, there are all sorts of PSTSync and so on, but, as a person who served such a configuration at one time, it is EXTREMELY not recommended, because it works through one place.
In your case, I would recommend parking.ru/microsoft/exchange/ and other similar services (the infobox has 1GB), it will be cheaper than deploying Ex at home (it will take too much to do if you have a "server now No")
As an option: you can write VBA scripts that, when adding a contact, tasks ... will write them to a file. And Outlook on other computers will check this file and create these items on its own.
