Synchronization of Iphone 5S contacts with Google mail for domains

I use Google apps for domain mail.
I'm trying to set up synchronization of contacts and mail through the account system built into the Iphone 5S.
I tried to add accounts for GMail and for Exchange (both options are described in the manual for synchronizing Google contacts), in both cases the phone reports that the password is not correct.
In addition, the same error occurs when trying to log in from the phone's browser through the web interface to Gmail, similarly through the Gmail app.
In all cases the error is "wrong password". However, the password is correct, and the synchronization of the clean android smartphone lying next to it goes well.
