Stripes on the new display, how to remove?

Iphone 4 has changed the screen, many elements have such stripes. When they were selling on the tester they checked, there were no bands. And on some screens, the bands are not visible at all. You can see it on startup. When entering a password, there are many, there are on the main menu, and all of them are only in control places (buttons, texts, etc.).
