Synchronization of 1C and opencart store?

Guys, such a question, the opencart store is synchronized with 1C through the 1C excange opencart module and in 1C it shows that everything is connected, BUT when I start to unload goods from 1C to opencart, they seem to be unloaded, i.e. in 1C It is seen that they are unloaded, but the goods do not appear in the opencart database and in the store itself ... i.e. they just don't get there! Any ideas? Thank you) PS before the transfer to another hosting, there were no such problems!
