Synchronization in PHPStorm?

Set up synchronization via FTP.
Made changes - synchronized on the server.
The next day, another person made changes to the server.
A day later I go to the editor - how do I synchronize everything from the server?
Just tell me what buttons to press.
Explain how synchronization works on his server and from the server?

If the server is already configured, then it is enough to execute ( PhpStorm downloading files ):
But in a good way, when several people work on the same code, VCS should be used .
