Error in OpenServer command line. How to fix?

Hello!
I recently installed the Yii 2 framework on openserver, and now I installed Laravel.
The file itself is present in this directory. When I use Terminal in PhpStrom, I enter a command, this error appears at the very beginning, but after clicking OK, the command works. He writes that everything is successful, and above this message he writes the text of this error (screen above). Please help fix this. I want everything to work without errors.

and in php.ini this module is connected and is it connected correctly?

Either the library is still not visible or there are not enough access rights, or the version of the library is not the same. Where did you get php_imagick.dll from?
