In phpStorm 8.0.2 does everyone have a problem with tabs/spaces?

Today I updated from version 8.0.1 to version 8.0.2 and there was a problem with tabs. With any settings, I use tabs instead of spaces. Everywhere it is worth using 4 spaces, not tabs.

It's funny that if I reformat the code, the code is formatted using spaces. But at any other time only tabs.

It turned out that this is a new feature. If the indents in the file are tabs, then despite the settings, tabs will be used. Likewise for spaces.
