PHPStorm starts to die when editing large js files. What is the problem?

And what version? I noticed that PhpStorm version 2016.3 dies when editing php files, and 2016.2.1 works without the slightest brakes

Comfortable development, when an IDE/editor checks for you and helps you, requires good hardware.
