Switch from UEFI to Legacy on acer Veriton EX2620G?

The situation is this, it is necessary (extremely) to install Windows 7 32bit starter on an acer Veriton EX2620G PC. But the switch is not active on it, it's just gray. I tried to disable Secure Boot, set an administrator password, updated the BIOS, but I still can't switch the boot method. Has anyone come across such a situation?

On SFF but HP, I also needed to enable legacy mode. Look at advanced settings in BIOS
