SVG Raphael. Problem in Firefox.?

There is an SVG map of the country built using the Raphael library.
The fact is that when hovering over areas in Firefox, an unpleasant artifact is observed:

I had to go in from the other side
in inkscape united the areas inside the district
before that they just overlapped each other and had transparent borders, so they were not noticeable
