Suspicious AMD radeon graphics behavior. Clarify please?

After starting the LAPTOP, radeon software already shows 50% occupancy of the integrated graphics. And after two hours (Games, etc. there are more or less the same) he jumps up by more than 100.
To complete the picture:
Processor - AMD ryzen 7 4800H.
Video cards - Nvidea GTX 1650Ti + AMD radeon graphics.

It says 0 percent GPU and CPU usage, look on the left.
And that the memory is busy - well, you never know, maybe it just doesn’t unload the old data just in case, it suddenly comes in handy.
