Good afternoon! Please tell me what is Billing Methods for upwork and do you fill it out? I recently registered and made one order and I see this message "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support". In the support it says that you need to fill in the card data, Billing Methods, but I withdraw money through payoneer. Please explain if this is necessary if I withdraw money through payoneer? And what can I do to remove the message?

This is to pay for UpWork services. For example, switching to a premium plan or buying connections.
Or to pay for the work of freelancers, if you are a client.
