I would like to find good sites where talented web designers post their work - really beautiful illustrations, landscapes, paintings filled with meaning, etc.

I generally go to Smashing Magazine and from there I go to their Smashing Network. There are quite often posts like "Showcase of %N% Awesome & Inspiring Web-designs/Illustrations/Photos" and the like.
In addition, on many sites, articles from which fall into this Network, there are sections like “Inspiration”, in which stacks of awesome illustrations and other things are stacked + there is a similar section on SM itself.

I just want to recommend the Russian site thebrs.ru/ - beautiful and original Runet sites are published there. Suddenly come in handy.

2photo.ru/ru - a bunch of illustrations and photos, often a great creative slips through. True, their design is now somehow uncomfortable, but the taste and color.
