Where are the limits (ranges) of HEX colors?

Example:
#001CA0 - blue
Now we increase 0 to 9 then the letter, we reach.
#001CF9
Further colors, as I understand it, do not exist (001CG9, 001CH9, etc. give the same color all)
Question: somewhere you can find a complete palette map to understand what ranges a particular color is in? (for example, from light blue to dark blue)

You don’t understand correctly, they exist, it’s just that your monitor is not able to display them, perhaps due to the narrowness of the color gamut.
And numerically, the values really change from #000000 to #FFFFFF where every two digits are red, green and blue, respectively. That is, #000000 is black, #FF0000 is red, #00FF00 is green, #0000FF is blue.
#FFFFFF is white.
UPD: did not pay attention to the letters G, H and so on. That's right, there are no such colors, since there is no number in hexadecimal format containing the letters G, H, and so on.

Dmitry, what are you showing off? And what about wit? Colors are specified in hexadecimal format and range from 000000 to FFFFFF. Those. You can only use numbers from zero to nine and letters from A to F.
