Suddenly, for no apparent reason, while working on the laptop, a window appeared:

Foolishly clicked "Yes". Now paranoia. What is sberbank.com and in general. How to fix everything now?

Well, here, of course, the savings account went wrong, but usually such a message means that you are being monitored :) and they are trying to slip a crappy certificate for the site. This is a common practice for corporate proxies... and for crooked providers who are trying to bend to the RKN in this way.

Probably due to the fact that the common name of the certificate is sberbank.ru, and you are accessing www.sberbank.com
