How do I match the AppStore and GitHub version of Signal Messenger?

There is a github repository of the messenger, it has assemblies. And there is an AppStore where the version is indicated.
How can you make sure that the version from github is compiled and posted in the AppStore without changes?

No way, this is the point of using closed operating systems. They create an imaginary security. But presumably you need to compile and check the checksums of some files yourself

And if you add a script before the if, then everything works:

So the $checkerer variable does not contain "yes".

if($checkerer == 'yes') {
printf('
<script>
$(document).ready(function(){
    $(".64").attr("src","system_images/liked.png");
})
</script>
');
}
