Substitute id in the page alias when a Component is placed in the menu type?

Good afternoon!
The site has a Reviews page, which is a subsection of the Buyers section. The reviews are made by the installed Phoca Guestbook plugin. An appropriate material has been created, a link to which is displayed on the page of the parent section. Both the material and the menu item have the "otzyvy" alias.
When I put this component in the menu item type, an id is added to the feedback page for the alias and it turns out "155-otzyvy". In the menu, the link remains the same, without the id.
How does it work? Does the component have its own settings that override the main ones? How can this be fixed?
