Sublime tweaking to specific file format?

How do I make Sublime's Settings(Preferences.sublime-settings) change depending on the format of the edit file (CSS or drygoy)?
i.e. if the format of the CSS file is "word_separators": "/\\()\"':,;<>~!#%^&*|+=[]{}`~?".
