Sublime text not starting on Ubuntu 18.10?

I can't find the problem on the internet
Downloading Sublime text 3 on Ubuntu 18.10, it starts to run but still won't run. What is the problem?

Faced a similar problem. I reinstalled the application several times until I guessed to run the command sublfrom the terminal. Received such answer
Further actions are already clear. After doing it, sudo apt install libgtk2.0everything worked great.
