Sublime Text (MacOs) not saving preferences?

On windows was and remains a favorite - this code editor. Everything is set. I switched to mac, I get such a thing. I expose two columns in the View settings, close the editor, reopen it and everything is reset. It does not open the last tabs, there is only one column, the theme generally has to be reinstalled quite often. Although everything is written in the Setting User. Also does not remember the encoding. The pug or jade files have to change the syntax again every time. With the rest of the settings (font size, padding, word_wrap) no problems were found. How to fix this little flaw? Has anyone come across?

And on a poppy, when you close everything, everything flies if you click on the cross. You need to close the program through the dock with the command "Finish"

try reinstalling
