Sublime Text 3 how to install LiveReload (this plugin is not in the package control)?

I was looking for a plugin for "Sublime Text 3" with which the site, after saving the html / css document, will automatically reload.. I found this one, but for some reason it is not in the package control, or was it renamed? Or is there an alternative?
