Sublime text 3, how to fix crashes when typing code?

Hello! It costs Sublime Text 3, in php code I randomly write a variable in Russian letters (layout) - crash. If I write comments to the code in Russian letters, everything is fine.
What is the magic? Thank you!

Check installed packages (plugins) for sublime, maybe something is outdated or broken.

Try Atom, it doesn't have this problem and beats Sublime in many ways
