How to configure the behavior of windows so that when you hover, this window is activated?

Switched from Windows to Mac. I would like to make it so that when you hover over the window with the mouse, it becomes active immediately, so that you do not have to click in order to activate it, can you tell me where to dig or what to read?
I even like to google it on a poppy, some options like "Voiceover" and the like are issued. Thank you.

google dwell or dwell click or Focus-follows-mouse (plus auto-raise) on Mac OS X but this feature was not made for mac 100%
