How to fix Spotlight?

Hello everyone
I recently noticed that my Spotlight is broken. I use it very often, because it's convenient, but now it has stopped indexing applications altogether, and searches only in the dictionary.
Have you had such problems and how to deal with them?
Everything is set correctly in the settings.

or hardcore:
sudo mdutil -E /- for the current disk (from which you booted)
sudo mdutil -E /Volumes/DriveName- for another disk.
