Sublim Text 3 appearance customization?

Hey!
Decided to try Sublim Text 3 instead of brake brackets.
Questions have accumulated:
1) How to make the top menu and the whole window in general dark? as in all programs from Adobe. And here the whole screen is dark from the color theme, and the white bar of the menu is like an eyesore.
2) How to make the top code indent from the tab? They are almost on top of each other.
3) How to do online code review? LiveReloader refuses to work at all. And anyway, it only works after saving the code.
4) How to do quick editing of classes? for example, in brackets this is done via ctrl + e

way 3) Switch to the webpack build system, for it there are various hot-swap plugins for both styles and code pieces
4) Just like in brackets, then no way. There is no technical possibility in api to implement this functionality.
