Streaming video from one android device to another

I want to stream video from the camera of one android device to another. And display it in the second screen. Please tell me what are the solutions. Is bluetooth bandwidth enough? And if one of the devices is turned on in wi-fi access point mode and the second one connects? Interested in solutions for the use of which, relatively speaking, two phones are enough and no additional third devices are required.

WiFi bandwidth should be enough, but in general it all depends on the requests: 1.
video resolution
2. frame rate
3. codec + its configuration
encoding quality to reduce volume.

www.ustream.tv one broadcasts the second one watches the stream. Or do you need a separate solution?
