Pick up an Android phone?

Habravchane, help me choose a Chinese android phone. My HTC Sensation has been asking for a dump for a long time (constant reboots for no reason bothered me), I want a new Android phone, but I don’t want to overpay htc or samsung.
Just advise worthy phone models. And I ask without noname manufacturers, I'm looking for something like zopo or thl.
I used to be skeptical about androids from China, but having bought a pipo m1 tablet, I realized that the Chinese began to monitor the quality. :)
Oh yes, I forgot about the characteristics. In general, I ask you to throw the most top-end phone models (IPS with a high resolution, 2 processor cores, a gig of RAM, and so on).
And there is one thing - I would like phone support from other developers. So that at least there is a firmware with a fresh android and root.

Xiaomi Mi-Two Snapdragon S4 Pro 4 cores 2 gigabytes of RAM. It costs like only 300-400 bucks. In fact, the new Nexus4 will be faster. By the way, you can look at it.

Mi-Two is now unrealistic to buy, unfortunately. Pre-orders for the second batch. Already sold out.
I can advise Huawei P1/D1. The community is quite large, Huawei itself provides new firmware + proprietary shells. You can even buy a PCT - you don't have to wait for Russian mail until February :)
Or you can wait for Nexus 4 - an excellent phone from Google at a Chinese price :)
