Strange work hdmi r9 290x?

I bought myself an r9 290x sapphire as a temporary plug, the card works well, it does not turn off under loads, the frequencies do not drop. Only for some reason, after turning off the video card and then turning it on with an interval of more than 5 minutes, it will only give images if you replug hdmi. I tried with other outputs, everything seems to be the same.

As I started the PC, there is no image, I flipped the hdmi and everything is fine. And so every time. Is this a big problem?

Perhaps it is your monitor that does not know how to "hot" determine the presence of a signal source. Try instead of plugging the cable - turn off and turn on the monitor. I met similar on ASUS
