Strange redirects, why so?

At some point, I began to observe the following garbage: on a wide variety of pages (the last example is https://habrahabr.ru/post/335688/ ), while their tabs are inactive, a redirect occurs to the address
https://syndication.twitter.com/i /jot
Why might this be happening? Win7, Firefox 51.

Either some bad plugin in the browser, or a virus in the system.
