Strange problems with Cat7 cable?

PC on Win8.1, network 1Gb, connected to the router from the operator via a Cat7 cable (20 meters) for more than 2 years!
Lately, I started to notice messages (connection without Internet) and even (cable not connected)!!
I started to understand and found that the network works stably at 10 or 100 speeds! at gigabit speed immediately showed the cable is not connected! I decided to call with a multimeter! result; resistance jumps up to 4000 ohms on 3 lines without ringing, not strong in electrics, but if I'm not mistaken, this is a break!? further to make sure 100% I bought a cable tester ( https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RJ11-RJ45-USB-BNC-LAN-N... )
and what did you think then ?! cable with several tests is whole !!!
QUESTION WHAT IS THE PROBLEM IN A CHEAP TESTER WHICH DOES NOT SEE THE PROBLEM OR I DON'T UNDERSTAND SOMETHING ??!
I'm sorry I didn't write until the end .... I bought another cable (Cat6A) the other day and changed it. everything worked at 1Gb speed ... that's why the question arose if so, then exactly the cable !! but why does the tester show that it is intact ???

Why Cat7 cable with a length of 20 meters and a speed of 1 Gbps?
I can assume that the connectors are "ordinary" and poorly crimped on the "cool" cable.
It is stupid to replace it with a ready-made 20-meter patch cord of category 5e and forget about the problem. Or press the connectors again. Or replace connectors. ...
The specificity of "ordinary" Chinese testers is the coating of the probes, which shines, but does not conduct well (contacts), and therefore 4000 Ohm jumped out.
