How to properly fold twisted pair shielding foil?
We have : twisted pair cable - OK-Net, KPVE-VP 200, 4x2x0.51, FTP, cat.5E;
Task : correctly configure the cable shield in the patch panel.
So far, I have never worked with FTP, and with UTF only for home purposes.
The other day I took to "hammer" a shielded twisted pair cable 5E (FTP) into a patch panel (DIGITUS 19″ 1U, 24 ports, 5e FTP assembly) and did not fully understand how to properly fold the foil and wire.
For clarity, as an example, I filmed a video:

Method 2 - https://youtu.be/XVwJmNv5hVQ?t=50 (Turn 360)

There is a metal insert on the connector on the side of the patch panel. It is necessary to ensure contact with it, even by twisting, even by wrapping. The patch panel itself must be grounded with a separate conductor. "It's bolted to the rack" doesn't count.
Wire - Rip cord, to be removed.
