Strange notification in Google Play Console about SMS and CALL_LOG?

Help what to do? :( This alert popped up in the Google Play Console:
Attention! This app does not comply with the Google Play permissions policy
The app does not comply with Google Play's policy for SMS or CALL_LOG permissions. This issue must be resolved by March 9, 2019 or your app will be removed from Google Play Note: This message will update within 12 hours of changes being made
I don't use anything like this in the app (but I suspect it's mailto)
This alert pops up and disappears intermittently. there was no e-mail notifications.It appeared just a couple of hours ago.Maybe this is a mistake?

Google introduces new rules: only SMS clients can read SMS, and only dialers can access calls.
And why did they write here, and not in technical support?
