Is it possible to put a telegram client on Windows or even better on iOs or Android, which will show me a message BEFORE the change and AFTER the change? What about deleted messages? This is done quite prosaically, but it may not be very convenient. you install a client of some library like telethon (python), you can monitor channels there, but I think there are no ready-made solutions for your task. In any case, this is a bot that uses the telegram session, and it needs to be hosted somewhere.
