OTG and Sony Xperia Tipo. Why does the phone itself install software for working with a computer when I connect my phone to a computer?
The phone has a micro-usb port. When you connect the phone to the computer, the phone itself installs the software for working with the computer (infa can help).
1) Does it guarantee that there is an OTG function?
2) How to check if it exists?
3) If this function does not exist, is it possible to somehow programmatically make it?
The phone is as follows: market.yandex.ru/model.xml?hid=91491&modelid=82830...

1) No, it does not guarantee at all, inside the phone there is just an installer that is mounted in Windows like a USB flash drive.
2) Buy an OTG cable and insert a flash drive, then go to settings-Memory (or something similar) scroll down and there will be a USB drive section, click Connect USB drive in it.
3) It happens that you need to edit the kernel for this, look for the device section on xda-developers and read the General subforum there, or you can ask a question in Q&A there.
