Stop programs after ending RDP session?

I use Windows Server 2016. If you close the RDP session (or click disconnect), then all open programs (that do not work as a service) stop until the next login. How can I make the programs continue to work normally? I tried through group policies according to this instruction - it does not help (point 3 is applicable only for server 2008)

@Wintego

The problem seems to be solved:
we create a batch file with the following content:

tscon 1 /dest:console
rundll32.exe user32.dll, LockWorkStation

In the first line, the number 1 is the ID of your session, you can find it by typing query user in the console.
The second line blocks the desktop (for example, from physical access to the server).

3 пункт применим только для server 2008

Думаю, Вам надо копать в сторону Win10, т.к. актуально и для WinServ16.

Упорный... Только по "этой инструкции"... Есть и другие способы.
Так сделайте из них службы.
