Statistics on the speed of Internet access in the CIS countries

SW. The community needs statistics on the speed of access to the Web in the CIS countries.
A separate item is Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus. In the most ideal cases, with details by region, city.

Why do I need it?
To assess the readiness of the market for the implementation of a service that involves using data in sizes of 200MB and more.
I need to estimate the time it takes for large enough updates to arrive.

Thank you.
I would be glad for any information.

Local networks in the cities of Ukraine are increasingly connected at speeds up to 100Mbps, or they provide such speeds overnight. Vega and Ukrtelecom have ADSL 8Mbit unlimited at very reasonable prices. If the line allows, then organize and 24 Mbps.
Ukrtelecom is a national operator that provides Internet throughout Ukraine, wherever there is a telephone.
see the prices here - my.ukrtelecom.ua/ua/group_wide/dsl_init/tariff/ UAH / ruble exchange rate = 1/4
Most people use 2 or 4 Mbps.
Next, calculate how long it will take to download 200 MB.
Good luck with your project!

General data: Total number of measurements / incoming speed , Total number of measurements / outgoing speed . This data is mainly for Russia and neighboring countries.
If you wish, you can collect approximate data by country. For example Total number of measurements / incoming speed / Ukrtelecom or Total number of measurements / incoming speed / Beeline

I'm afraid you won't get an answer to your question HERE. The information is very specific, the collection is laborious - no one will just spread it, even if they have it.
But in principle, you can look at online games. There, updates occur where little by little and often, and where large and rare. In my opinion, there are no problems in either case - they continue to play. But in any case, hardly anyone wants to download 200 MB every day, except for something very interesting (for example, a series).

At the expense of the average speed of 5 megabits, oddly enough, it may very well be ... in relation to Ukraine and Russia. If we take into account the fact that in our countries the Internet is used mainly in the capital and large cities (60-80%), and in large cities there is fierce competition among providers and, accordingly, the speed of large channels ... You can trust these statistics.
