I want to thank the users who bring their friends to the site, in fact an affiliate program. Is it possible to substitute a label with a friend's id for the link, which can be tracked in the metrics or analytics in the future. I saw on some sites a link like site.ru/?ref=242424

Typically, when you click on such a link, a cookie entry is created that contains the user's id.
During registration, this record is used and recorded in a special field in the database.
If you are using a CMS, then most likely there is already an implemented plugin.
