Statistics and site filtering - how to implement?

Given: local network, 15 users, shop.
Task: collecting statistics of visited sites (basic) and filtering traffic (if possible) from each
computer Maybe there are ready-made routers with statistics and a filter. I would like a hardware solution and not as complicated in the interface as, for example, Mikrotik.

Statistics and filtering of what? The one where they went on tyrnet? Proxy with bumping and statistics. No DNS will help here - a thousand sites can sit on one IP, and https will nullify all attempts to replace the target site.
Only squid with bumping allows you to open https connections - although there are, of course, a zillion conditions
