during a cold start, for the first time after idle time, it loads only up to the motherboard preview and freezes.
then I turn it off and start it a second time
the second time it always starts (at least I haven’t watched anything else)
maybe it was just updated?

Try turning off Windows Fast Startup

Check the BIOS battery, it is possible that every time you have an automatic BIOS setup as for the first time, and the reason for this is a dead battery.
