Bug in Windows 7: LMB opens file properties instead of opening it. What is the reason?

Hello, I have such a problem in Windows 7 SP1 x64 - when you click the left mouse button, the file properties open instead of opening it. Description of the behavior of the bug: appears and disappears periodically. The bug appears only with files on the desktop. If you switch to another folder or disk during the bug, then everything works fine. If they return to the desktop, then it appears. Cleaned the keyboard - everything is clean. I checked the keyboard for pressed keys using the on-screen keyboard - nothing. Changed keyboard and mouse - didn't help. I turned off the keyboard and mouse in turn, through the device manager, during the manifestation of a glitch - it does not help. Only the end of the explorer.exe process removes the glitch, but temporarily.PS/2 keyboard , USB mouse . Please help to find out the cause of this bug and get rid of it. Thanks in advance.

The bug has been fixed. The cause of the bug was a conflict between the antivirus and some kind of software. Replacing the antivirus with a different version helped fix this bug.

4. Download all the latest updates and check for the problem.

autoruns -om look at extra processes in startup.
You need to scan viruses by booting from a USB flash drive or SD.
+ sfc /scannow can see what system files are broken.
