Documentation is not a blunder and in production. Documentation lives with the project and requires constant updating. Worse than missing documentation is only outdated documentation. So if you are ready to constantly update it, then yes, it will be useful at least for beginners who want to enter-in-it without English. If you are not ready, then your creation will become obsolete in a couple of months, and in a year it will be possible to throw it away, as everything will change beyond recognition.
